Yum! Even the 15 year old gave them a thumbs up. They would be perfect as-is, but we love garlic so I added 1 1/2 - 2 cloves of minced garlic to the pot to simmer. Delicious!

Easy and excellent. It even won over a guest who, I discovered at dinner, doesn’t typically EVER eat sweet potatoes. Will make the recipe again and again!

Very Yummy. Since we are vegans, I added sweetened almond milk and vegan butter instead(start with little then add more to your liking), and just a few drips of maple syrup instead of sugar. Some salt and this dish was easy, delicious, and filling. I will make this again since my family enjoyed it.

Came out so good! Added brown sugar instead of regular sugar for sweetness & doubled the recipe. Love it! Would make again.

Really good. It gives a nice taste to the sweet potatoes. Best sweet potatoes I’ve have in a long time.

I had to add water to the pot to make this recipe work, but perhaps I used too much sweet potato. I had 1 large one. I‘d make this again though. The mash still turned out yummy!

OMG I love this dish .It's so delicious! I'm happy I can switch it around and make the sweet potatoes savory instead of sweet. This is a big hit at my house. ❤️

our favorite we use soy milk and brown sugar instead and we love it!!!! today i am making enough to feed 15 and there are only 8 of us i dont think there will be leftovers
