Made this last night and we both loved it. I had fresh rosemary, but only dried thyme and sage and it worked out fine. We had already finished off the wine, so subbed rice vinegar (less than was called for). I cut the potatoes pretty small and used collard greens because the kale at the store looked past its prime. After getting the liquids heating I just put the potatoes and collards in at the same time and only had to cook it for 30 minutes. It was excellent! My only problem was that I was trying to use the recipe from my phone and Yummly was fighting me every step of the way. The recipe kept slipping away and I had to keep finding it over and over again. It was maddening and it took twice as long to do because of that. The recipes on this site are usually really good, but in the future, I think I will print them instead of trying to follow on screen.
