- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened, plus 2 tablespoons melted)
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used American and sharp cheddar)
- 4 oz. crispy bacon (broken in pieces)
- 4 scallions (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (I did not use any nutmeg)
