Yummy! Made with chickpea pasta instead of rice and added the Worcestershire to give it the stroganoff flavor. Definitely making it again!

Excellent!!!! I used sea salt, fresh rosemary, sage, thyme and shitaki mushrooms. I served over forbidden rice. YES, I’ll make it again and again!

Delish 🙌 I made Elk meatballs with chili oil in the cast iron (for flavor & crust), made the mushroom mixture and broke the meatballs up into the mixture before topping the rice.

turned out great. no modification, doubled the recipe, and it was great, i prefer more salt and pepper.

Very Tasty! I used a 14oz can of mushroom soup and did not add extra water.
