- 2 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

- 1 bunch rainbow chard (stems mostly removed and torn into pieces)
- 1 yellow squash (medium, sliced into half moons)
- 2 portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- fresh thyme (to taste)
