  • 80 milliliters water
  • 1 1/2 cubes fresh yeast
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 500 grams bread flour
  • 40 grams potato flakes
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 30 grams vegetable shortening
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 grams salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • ground black pepper
  • 150 grams salami (chopped)
  • 100 grams pecorino cheese (diced)

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, add 80 grams of milk, water, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix well.
    2. Add the flour, potato flakes, egg, shortening, oil, salt, rosemary, and a pinch of black pepper, Mix well.
    3. Add the salami and cheese and mix well. Leave to rise for two hours in a covered bowl.
