- 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt (I use Liberte 0% plain)
- 45 grams flour
- 30 grams protein powder (unflavored, I use Quest, can replace with 30 g flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder

Very nice! I sauteed the veggies beforehand but don't think it was necessary. Everything turned out very flavorful!
