I didn't make this quite the way it is instructed. Once I made the original mixture, I noticed that the mixture wasn't going to make enough for the small group of people coming over so I added two more eggs and 2 egg whites. The mixture was then too runny to bake like a cookie, so I put it in sprayed muffin tins. They were so yummy and easy to eat.

Awesome
and very easy to make nice and fluffy very delicious I left out the salt and green peppers but I think next time I'll add a little jalapeno and parmesan cheese just because lol

Love these! The almond flour makes them heartier than just egg muffins. Great for freezing!

These are awesome! I didn’t follow filling measurements exactly, just estimated. I did half just sausage and cheese and half with peppers and onions.... I warmed them up in the toaster oven at work to try and crisp them up... so good!!! Might be a new Keto fave.

They tasted as good as the looked!! I used fresh Italian sweet sausage. Better breakfast choice for me since I am not a fan of eggs.

Taste is very good. I used backin instead of sausage and slightly caramelized the onions with the bacon drippings. I need to add a bit more flour but I think that was due to Xtra large eggs. Will make again.

Everyone loved these, and I love that they can be very versatile. One thing I did do was add a little extra almond flour, the first batch I baked needed more. After adding the extra flour, the cookies came out fluffier.

Very tasty! Family enjoyed it very much! Am sure my daughter would have also liked it were it not for the fact that’s she’s allergic to almonds so didn’t have any. I did add a little more almond flour as the dough was not very sticky at all. Didn’t have pork sausages so used good quality frankfurters. Definitely will make a batch to freeze.

Why can’t I give this recipe ten stars? OMG where has this recipe been all my life?? I even used turkey sausage and these still came out so delicious. The almond meal really gives them an interesting flavor and texture. Great make-ahead grab-and-go breakfast.

turned out nice and fluffy. I'm going to try bacon instead of sausage next time.

Love these! I made them with onion and canadian bacon so everyone in the house would eat them.

This recipe is easy and the biscuits turn out even better than I expected.. Didnt have green peppers so I used red and orange peppers instead. Next time I will probably leave out the salt, but other than that... Freaking YUM!

These are super easy and yummy!! I doubled the recipe and added more cheese than called for. I'm going to try this with different meats and experiment with it

Awful. I made multiple batches for a long car ride with my kids. These were dry and largely flavorless.

I must have done something really wrong because they came out so dry, with very little flavor. I wish I knew what I messed up because I really want to love these! Maybe it was because I didn't have almond flour and used regular instead?

Huge hit at our house, and a nice change for us low-carbers. Glad I made extra to freeze. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing. :)

Made as directed this morning and the whole family loved! Doubled the recipe so we would have some to freeze
