Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Promise® Buttery Spread over medium heat and cook red pepper, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Increase heat to medium-high and add spinach. Cook, stirring frequently, until spinach is just wilted, about 2 minutes. Just before serving, squeeze with lemon.
