I would use more garlic next time and would cut out old seeds from zucchini.. and maybe other herbs/spices would be more tasty.

I made it and added grilled chicken breast to it was so good and added a little onion

Great. Made it with pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground pepper.
Left out garlic.
Used 4 Roma tomatoes diced
Served it with rotisserie chicken.

Extremely simple recipe. I used 2 zucchinis and didn't use as much garlic. Used it as a side dish. Will be a repeat.
