- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 medium zucchini (cut into matchsticks)
- 2 cups snow peas (fresh)
- 2 cups matchstick carrots
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- COMBINE soy sauce, honey and garlic in small bowl.
- HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- ADD zucchini, snow peas and carrots. Saute 1 to 2 minutes, just until tender. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
