Great flavor, love the hot pepper for some zing. Try bacon fat if you have some leftover from breakfast. I sauté ribs first then greens

Added bacon and used bacon drippings vs oil oil to sauté the Swiss Chard + put seasoned goat cheese as an added condiment & flavor contrast Crowd Pleaser side dish for a Saturday night group gathering in the Carolina Fall weather 👍🏼💯
