Added some garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top, turned out great!

I love it. Its simple and fast. I did alter it. I used Black and Red Pepper and then a pinch of Sugar. It was already really good but the Sugar made it pop. I instantly made another helping but this time much more.
