I like spinach but this recipe didn’t elevate it. Tried adding more garlic and pepper but it didn’t make much of a difference . Won’t make it again.

I made about 1/8th of the recipe just for individual serving. I’d make this again.

It is very easy and quick to prepare, and it’s delicious. I added a bit more salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Good: I ate it as a side dish. Next time I will add shaved Parmesan cheese + some nuts.

I made some changes. I also used kale. I add some basil for favor as well as lemon and pepper. No salt.

This was great. I made a slight change to the recipe by adding less adding less olive oil and a little bacon grease. I'm not sure how much but I would approximate about 1 teaspoon.
