I really liked this however I added a lot more seasoning and red pepper flakes. I would even add more rosemary next time. I found it very fulfilling and didn’t miss the pasta. Will make this again and might even add more veggies. Hubby liked it to. Might cook the squash in the microwave next time. Lot easier and kitchen stays cool.
