I love this! I have thinned our garden radishes 3 times now, and I was looking for a recipe to use them other than just putting them in a salad. I combined them with fresh spinach, along with the garlic, some grape seed oil and lemon and added a dash of crushed red peppers. Delicious super-food!!

The recipe is good, but I found that the radish greens taste rather bitter. I prefer sautéed spinach to the radish greens, but since I had radishes I wanted to give this a try. I ended up mixing the sautéed radish greens into my spaghetti alfredo, which masked the bitterness and made a nice flavor combination.
