    The mushrooms turned out great! Great flavor! Simple recipe, too. The only note I have is that they needed much longer to cook. It was more like 15 to 20 minutes, not just 10 minutes. I didn't have any parsley on hand, so I used cilantro in its place, and it was just as good!

    Really good!! Left them a little bit rawer than on the pic and they were really tasty!
