Turned out great! I applied some of the suggestions from the reviews. I cooked with red peppers, fresh garlic, and a dab or two of soy sauce.

The mushrooms turned out great! Great flavor! Simple recipe, too. The only note I have is that they needed much longer to cook. It was more like 15 to 20 minutes, not just 10 minutes. I didn't have any parsley on hand, so I used cilantro in its place, and it was just as good!

Easy and delicious! Mushrooms stay juicy and keep flavor but simple seasoning accents well.

It’s the little things about food that amaze me. This recipe is so simple and so versatile, great for whole mushrooms on the side, or sautéing for burgers, or topping a pizza,

Very good. My boyfriend loved them! However, would add less lemon juice. It over powers all the other tastes.
