Delicious! Perfect balance of ingredients. I served it over cilantro lime rice and with spinach mushroom shallot sauté.

I used whole grain French mustard, as I was out of Dijon. I cut the recipe in half to cook a quarter chicken (breast/wing) and made in my Ninja foodi. I baked at 350 for 12 mins at the end, since it wasn’t cooked through yet like it would have been if it was boneless. It turned out absolutely delicious!
