  • olive oil (as needed)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 smoked sausage (farinheira)
  • 1 cup green beans

    Directions

    1. Begin by blanching the vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and drain.
    2. In the same pan, heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped garlic, and saute slightly.
    3. Remove sausage from skin, and undo sausage meat with a fork.
