Made this recipe without the sausage and it was still tasty. Added some dried cranberries and toasted pine nuts to add more flavor.

Delicious and incredibly easy to make. This is a great, quick, weeknight dinner. We add a little extra vinegar to give it a little more sauce, and use Italian chicken sausage instead.

I was skeptical about the reception this would get from my family, but my husband (who does love Brussels sprouts as much as I do if not more) absolutely RAVED about it! I made a couple of minor changes, subbing lemon juice for ACV because I had no ACV on hand and used hot Italian sausage because that was what I had. I doubled the amount of sprouts because I bought a 2-lb bag. This was absolutely delicious, and next time I'll be sure to buy the ingredients to make it as written.

Super easy and delicious! I would definitely make this again. It could easily be seasoned with all your favorite spices.

Made this for dinner tonight - big hit!! Lovely fresh flavours - the apple cider vinegar really enhanced the apple flavour. Made the full recipe for 3 of us and there is nothing left - I was told I could make that again! Next time I'd be inclined to skin the sausages and form the sausagemeat into rough balls.
