  • 1 pound brussels sprouts (trimmed, halved lengthwise,, about 4 cups)

    Directions

    1. Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add Brussels sprouts, onion and salt and toss until evenly coated.
    3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are golden, about 10 minutes.
    4. Stir in apple and garlic; reduce heat to low and cook covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.

    It was great, quite the combination of Brussels sprouts, onion and apple. Might try a little balsamic vinegar at the end next time.
