This was soooo good. I agree with other reviewers that it needed something else so I added red pepper flakes and lemon juice and it was PERFECT! This will be a great rotations to my Brussels sprouts

Wow! So simple and so delicious. Am surprised at how unlike Brussel sprouts these taste. Very savory and nutty....even good cold! Might try with roasted walnut pieces. Yum!

Very easy to make & tastes great. it actually tastes less like Brussels sprouts than oven roasted (which I like) so I added a little sparkle to this w a squeeze of lemon juice. It brightened the flavor & made it taste more like Brussels sprouts & less like “green vegetable”

A great new take on brussel sprouts! Super easy if you shred them using the slicer attachment of your food processor.

this was great! my husband dislikes brussels and I love them whole, so shredding them this way allowed both of us to enjoy them.
I didnt tell them they were brussels until after he said how great they tasted !!!
