    So terrific and easy. I did a half-batch following the recommended proportions with some stout. The flavor worked really well.

    The beer and butter made a marvelous glaze on the 'shrooms yum! I doubled the mushrooms but should not have doubled the beer. I drained off some of the liquid before serving. Will always sauté mushrooms like this.
