- 1 pkg. brussel sprouts (shredded, or shred about 3 cups worth of whole ones yourself)
- 1 apple (organic, peeled, I used a Pink Lady because they are my favourite! But any apple should do)
- 1 yellow onion (medium)
- sea salt
- pepper

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this recipe was. It seemed like an interesting mix of ingredients but it came together nicely and my whole family enjoyed it. I put it over rice to round out the meal.
