- 1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage (ground, pork sausage is fine too)
- 6 cups spinach
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (granules)
- 1/2 tsp. onion (granules)
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 tsp. sea salt (plus more to taste if needed)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 12 eggs (preferably pasture-raised)
- 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk (or heavy cream, if tolerated & preferably from a pasture-raised source)
- 1/4 cup bone broth (chicken, preferably homemade)
- 1/2 delicata squash (large roasted, cut into 1-inch pieces, leave skin on)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated raw grass-fed, if tolerated)
