So good and so easy to make, my only substitute was to use half and half instead of heavy cream. Perfect!

This was great! I added very thin sliced carrots and green onions topped with some cooked chopped ham and green onion as well! I also made one with coconut milk and veggie broth w/o the meat for my vegan teen and she loved it! Great quick recipe! Everyone really enjoyed it.

OMG!! We Loved it! My husband has decided it needs to be a part of our regular soup rotation. My 10-year old was impressed as well. I will be saving this recipe and making it again soon!

This recipe is delicious! I added a pound more sausage, carrots, and substituted the heavy cream with coconut cream. Amazing!

AMAZING. We made it with vegetarian Italian sausage and vegan cream cheese instead of heavy cream. Also, I was out of basil and bay leaves so I used thyme and parsley instead. This was seriously one of my most favorite recipes yet.
