Great flavor!!! Can’t stop eating it. Even added small raw shrimp towards the end which made it even better!

Fabulous soup! One of the recipes that i keep coming back too. Made it with hamburger and it turned out as good as the original. Many possibilities with this recipe. Even my picky toddlers never refused it. Thank you for the recipe!

Delicious!! I didn’t use spinach or bay leaves because I didn’t have time to grab them. But this still turned out really good and perfect for Fall

Really yummy! Next time I would use 2 spicy Italian sausages and use regular 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the coconut milk I added (it was a little odd with the sweetness of the milk); but other than that it was good!

This soup was delicious! My family loved it. I added arugula, fresh basil and parsley and sweet red peppers.

Really really really good recipe. this recipe can be adapted for many diferent kinds of sausage. I used smoked beef sausage. Even bettererererer the day after. Have fun with this recipe. BTW I used kale instead of spinach.
just made it again Sept 2020 (previously made Feb 2020)
FANTASTIC! I made a double batch and we ate more than half. Just a recommendation: use sweet or mild italian sausage and half or less of the red pepper flakes for a more mild version.

My father- who won’t eat anything that isn’t a burger- loves this recipe! I make it every month at least three times! New family favorite!

I will admit that my husband is not a soup guy but especially wasn’t looking forward to this meal after the lunch he had. Let me tell you, he had THIRDS!!!! He never goes back for thirds! The three yr old liked it as well as the 13 yr old! I was worried it would be to spicy (we are not good with spice) but it was the perfect amount!
Doubled the recipe for a family of 6. We had extra bowls and thankfully have some leftovers bc this is AMAZING!!!! Will definitely be making this one on the regular! We served it with a crusty bread. Great dinner!

The only modification I made was using kale instead of spinach because that is what I had on hand. Good hardy recipe and easy to make. The cream added a nice richness. I will make again.

This was amazing. I added additional potatoes and broth, as well as some heavy cream. Instead of basil and oregano, I used Italian seasoning which included thyme. I used mild sausage. Sooo good and hearty.

So good and so easy to make, my only substitute was to use half and half instead of heavy cream. Perfect!
