- 8 red potatoes (medium-sized, cut into 1-2 inch cubes)
- 1 pkg. broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how spicy you like things!)

Followed the recipe except for the coconut aminos and it turned out great! This is a perfect quick dinner with only 2 extra bowls to clean. (Reminder to myself and anyone who subs in soy sauce: cut back on the salt [duh!] and add a bit of salt only to the potatoes. The suggested sausages have a nice taste and texture.
