Delicious! We put it over a wild and brown rice mixture. Very tasty. I didn’t add the wine due to food allergies.

Great flavor. Served it over rice and it worked well. The penne would work as well.
Will definitely repeat this. It’s a keeper.

Super delicious and quite easy! We are serving it with mashed cauliflower and potato combo. Great recipe!

Tasty! I used petite diced tomatoes instead of crushed and this turned out great. Will pair with spaghetti noodles.

This dish turned out AMAZING. I used regular diced tomatoes since we didn’t have fire roasted, and just compensated with a little extra red pepper. 10/10, and leftovers were just as good!

Great recipe for sausage and peppers! We made hoagies, and topped with mozzarella under the broiler for a few minutes! Yum

This came out very delicious. I added paprika and it gave it a slight kick. I also cut the sausage in half and trimmed the edges off so it would cook the sausages well done on the inside.

So delicious! I drained the grease a little after cooking the sausages. Was perfect!

I’ve made these three times now, and it never stays long for me to take a picture, which is a shame because it’s so pretty and colourful!
I used tomato paste instead of crushed tomatoes since that’s what we had, and it turned out slightly denser, more full-bodied. On the second turn, I also added some paprika to give it more toastiness. It goes wonderfully with cooked white rice as well. Try it!

Fantastic! Easy to make and relatively fast. Followed recipe but added 1 tsp. of Montreal Seasoning instead of just salt & crushed fire roasted tomatoes instead of just crushed tomatoes. Hubby approved & definitely a keeper.

Used diced tomatoes instead and just let it simmer a little longer. Turned out well - nice little kick from the red pepper flakes. Plenty for leftovers!

Easy enough and very tasty! I’d never used tomatoes with sausage, peppers and onions before, and it worked quite well on sub rolls.

It tasted ok but was pretty bland. I served it with pasta but had to add some Siracha to give it any flavor. I wouldn’t make it again.

Great - skipped the wine and sliced the sausages after browning them. Served over farfalle. Will add to the rotation!
