- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

So tender and delicious……and easy! This recipe is definitely a keeper for me. I had no fresh thyme so used 1 tsp of dry. It was just enough. I also put the egg in the dough by mistake but they turned out so well I’m hesitant to try them without. I used another egg for the egg wash and I’m glad I did as it gave them a lovely shiny finish.
