One of my hubby's favorite meals. Easy to prepare and makes plenty. Good enough for company. Serve with salad and bread, maybe wine? We made this into a serving for 6, so around 500 calories a serving, I also used 28-ounce can of crushed plum tomatoes.

Very tasty I used chicken sausage to lighten it up serves more like 6 than 4. wholesome meal in one dish; easy to make
