    Delicious! Added canellini beans and only had green bell pepper on hand. Whole family loved it.

    Nice combination of flavors I replaced the potatoes with a bag of soaked beans (step 3), simmered for an hour (I like me kale soft), added a smoked turkey leg and then continued onto step 4.

    Soup made with butter beans and black beans as that is what I had on hand. Sprinkled a some red pepper flakes in the pot as well. Brought a pot to my sisters house they were all sick with a cold. I walked in with a steaming pot of the soup and it was well received. My niece said it is a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ recipe and I agree as I finished a bowl myself. I had it with a slice of buttered rosemary bread 🍞 very tasty. Most definitely wiwill be making this again and again.
