- 15 oz. cannellini (white kidney beans, rinsed and drained)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil (chopped, reserve ½ C for garnish, optional)
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (dried)
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni (small)
- 6 oz. baby spinach leaves
- 1/3 cup grated romano cheese
- grated romano cheese (Additional, for serving)
