Delicious and didn’t even stand a chance! I used scallions instead of white onion, still tasty.
I also added Cheddar and Mozzarella on top of meat and veggies before pouring the egg mixture. Hot sauce added for fun and little extra kick.

Great Sunday breakfast! I modified it uding water instead of milk and added cheddar cheese.
