- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 30 grams butter
- 1 red onion (large, chopped finely)
- 2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 kg potatoes (peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 250 grams chopped tomatoes (from a tin)
- 1 piece cassia bark (or 1/2 cinamon stick, I used the cinnamon stick)
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 mL water
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
