- 1 lb. pork sausage (uncooked, I used mild so my kids would eat it, but this would be awesome with Italian or spicy sausage!)
- 7 oz. sliced mushroom (package frozen, or about 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh)
- 10 oz. green peppers (package frozen chopped, or about 2 cups chopped fresh)
- 10 oz. white onion (package frozen chopped, or about 2 cups chopped fresh)
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced, I used jarred)
- 2 lb. ricotta cheese
- 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
