This was Excellent, extremely flavorful and so very easy! Of course, most slow cooker recipes are pretty but all this required was to, literally, throw the ingredients in the pot! The instructions didn’t require any spices, which I thought was odd. Recipe said it would be full of flavor due to the ingredients- and It Was!!!! Will definitely make it again!

This was excellent, I sautéed the chicken sausage with carrots, onions and celery and threw everything in the crockpot along with cloves of garlic. Whole family loved it, will definitely make again soon!

delicious! served with garlic bread. The next time I make it I think I will use andouille sausage intead of chicken. Might add a fresh jalapeno for extra kick! Perfect dish for the rainy, cool weather we had today!

I’m not a fan of spice so I used apple wood smoked sausage instead. This change made for a savory dish and the beef broth on its own really complimented the flavor. I didn’t add any extra spices as some have, so I’d recommend trying the recipe as is before making any tweaks. Very easy to prepare in the crockpot too. Definitely will be making this again.

i added an onion, garlic, and chopped celery to the diced carrot, sauteed with uncooked chicken/ spinach sausage, then added lentils, diced tomato, broth, and a little honey mustard dip into an instant pot set for 45 minutes. turned out great :)

Easy recipe great flavor I sautéed sausage first. They taste better and have more flavor

Husband HATES tomatoes, so I excluded them. Added 1 more cup of broth and 6 cloves of garlic.

Yum! I doubled this recipe because I could only find a 28oz can, not a 14oz one. It's really good! The tomatoes and sausage give it a lot of flavour. I added pepper flakes and garlic powder as well.
