Skip this one!
Easy to make and it looks so good. The challenge is it isn’t. Very little flavour. Maybe adding some spice would help but if I’m to eat all these calories and carbs I want something far better.

This is the perfect breakfast casserole as you can make it a day before then pop it in the oven about an hour or so before your ready to serve it. A nice fruit salad goes with it perfectly.
