It’s good. I would suggest ensuring the recipe refers to condensed potato soup as new cooks may not know this and there are plenty of ready made, non-condensed soups. Also, spice it up!!! Add garlic, onions, red peppers, mushrooms and Cajun seasoning to it. Add different types of cheese depending on your flavor profile- smoked Gouda and Swiss, Asiago and Parmesan, etc.
