This is fantastic! Next time I will make this in a shallow pyrex dish. I baked it in a deep 7x9 dish and had to perform triage at the last minute when center wasn’t fully cooked. Serving with the gravy makes it a home run I didn’t add sage to my gravy since the sausage had a little in it already.
