Excellent! Even my picky husband ate them. The prep was a little more time-consuming than I had planned on, but I always have that problem the first time I make things. I will be adding it to my regulars. Thanks!

I used chorizo because husband likes it so much. I think it was over cooked because it was very watery. I'd make it again but really reduce time in the oven
