This was such a snap to make! I had to modify a few ingredients due to lack of having it on hand.
But, it turned out lovely!

I only had italian sausage and I thought it was way too rich and heavy. Next time I will try shrimp or crab. I like the recipe base just not the sausage.

Awesome! Used frozen precooked Turkey meatballs, thawed and chopped added all ingredients as stated. Only thing I did different was drizzle with olive oil since I didnt cook from scratch. It was SO fast and good.

I replaced sausage with pork mince, and was fine. needs s drizzle of oil over the top before putting in the oven so it doesn't get too dry. Otherwise good
