Delicious! I had never made meat filled manicotti before and I loved it. So did everyone else.

It was good. Hubby enjoyed it. Had all the ingedients on hand and used a jar of our homemade spaghetti sauce. Also had a can of Hawiian rolls on hand which were a good addition.

Turned out well. I'd probably use a milder sausage next time. I stuffed these by hand. Just picked up a finger full and pushed it into one end while other finger blocked other end. Found this to be the fastest and easiest way. Utensils were cumbersome. Sometimes it's best just to get your hands into it. I'll definitely make it again.

Easy recipe, and turned out delicious. The only “difficult” part was the stuffing of the manicotti. So worth it!
