- 4 cups baby spinach (rinsed, stems removed)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta (you could also substitute part skim)
- 3/4 cup parmesan reggiano cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 2 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 2 tsp. cracked black pepper (fresh)
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 16 oz. marinara sauce
