Love love love! Made with hot Italian sausage for a bit of heat. I will add 1 cup of each vegetable next time. Can’t wait to make again!

Made with deer Italian sausage. Needed a lot more seasoning/tweaking than called for - very good.

Excellent! We’ll be adding this to our regular dinner rotation. Everyone (even the 3 & 1 year olds) loved it! A keeper for sure.

Delicious! Instead of cooking up sausage I just cut up some kielbasa and sautéd it with the veggies, didn’t even take it out when I added the tatoes and it was *mwah* chefs kiss… new favorite of mine :)

Hubby loved it. Made half a recipe and wished we had more. Will definitely make again

Used chicken sausage, put garlic and red peppers while cooking. Only had mixed cheese, came out great. A little too creamy, next will pare down. Molto Bene

This was amazing! Made way more than I thought it would and very filling. Husband and 2 year old absolutely loved it too

Delicious recipe. I used mild sausage because my wife isn’t a big fan of spicy sausage.

I used a bag of frozen diced potatoes and added extra seasoning at the end to include garlic salt and crushed red peppers and it was delightful.

It is delicious!! But it does take some time to prep and make. Totally worth it!!

Really good, really rich. The only thing I could say, it lacks seasoning. Otherwise, the base taste and texture are outstanding.

its good. add white wine and replace dried parsley with rosemary. i also add cayenne pepper and smoked paprika mixed with regular paprika (to mild out the smoke flavor). id say 1.5 cups of sharp chedder is better than 2 cups.

It was really rich- I would make it with different sausage next time. Did add more seasoning to it as well (garlic salt, oregano, pepper, chili powder)

This is one of my favorite recipes. We go fishing a lot and I throw fish into this as well. My kids claim they hate fish but I hide it in this soup and it really comes out like a delicious fish/sausage chowder!

It came out soooo good!!! I will make it again and again I substituted the sausage for turkey bacon the whole family loved it

Really good! I substituted 2 cups Half & Half instead of the milk and heavy cream. I also substituted nettle leaf instead of parsley cuz parsley makes me gag. 😉 My husband loved it, too. I will make this again.
