omg, this was so great, i changed it up a little i used Frozen hashbrowns shredd. and i added turkey sausage . soo good and i added some corn canned, . this is a keeper

Very easy to make and has good flavor. I would reduce the garlic amount as it over powered the dish. Would make it again
