Altogether I'm happy with this recipe. It's easy to make and tasty but i will definitely be making a few changes on the next run. I think I'll add some extra cheese, maybe another cup. I'll also probably opt for a sharp cheddar. A little extra seasoning would hurt either to pick up the flavor a bit. I'm thinking some smoked paprika.
