The only recipe here is for a sauce, if this were labeled Maple Dijon Sauce this would be fine. As it is, not so much. Recipe instructions for Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant with Maple Dijon Sauce should read:
Microwave some frozen store bought breakfast sandwich containing sausage, eggs, cheese and a croissant according to package directions.
While microwave is running, mix together one part dijon mustard, one part whole grain mustard to two parts maple syrup (or make the night before!?! like Jocelyn suggests.)
When microwave beeps, remove sandwich. Open it, and spread some Maple Dijon Sauce inside.
Yaay! You "cooked" something all by yourself!
