Loved this ! Family loved it and on an evening when we all were home late I loved the simplicity of the recipe. Breakfast for dinner is a big hit

Easy breakfast! No standing over the stove! Great for using left overs. I cut the recipe in half used 4 large eggs, 5 sausage links and sharp cheddar. They would be super to make for a crowd - with fresh fruit, juice, coffee and something sweet! These could probably be prepared the night before and baked in the morning! Will mix things up and make again!

Excellent, however it is best to eat left overs within a couple of days. By the third day it doesn't taste the same as day and two!
