Great! I chose this last minute. I had everything except cottage cheese and the only thing I had on hand was red pepper hummus. Plus I used a mix of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and Asiago cheeses. Took 40 minutes. Even one of my picky eaters liked it!

came out of the oven a nice golden brown. great flavor. next time, I'll switch the cottage cheese for ricotta. thank you!

This casserole has great flavor. I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage, and it turned out fine. Really yummy recipe, and easy to make for large groups. It was a crowd-pleaser at my office.
