- 1 pizza dough (large)
- 1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage (browned)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil

Directions
- Shape dough into an oval – like the shape of a loaf of bread
- Line the middle of the dough with sausage and top with remaining ingredients
- Fold the sides of dough over the topping, overlapping and pinch sides to form a seam
- Flip (seam side down) onto a greased baking sheet and brush the top with some olive oil
- Bake 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until browned. *half way through you may have to ‘pop’ a dough bubble and reapply some oil to keep from burning
